We're looking to add two full-time folx to our fantastic coffee bar crew. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about coffee, service, and the Upper Valley Community!
Successful members of our crew do the following:
provide genuine, inviting, and attentive service for customers
respect and support co-workers
demonstrate confident knowledge of our coffee and food offerings to provide the best service possible to our community
engage in café care and side tasks throughout the day (beyond open and close duties) so that our co-workers are set up for success, and community members can enjoy their time with us
receive our specialty coffee training and ongoing education, feel empowered to ask questions, and seek feedback as a means to improvement
Notes:
Full time position (32-36 hours/week)
at least $22/hour take home pay to start
Benefits include PTO, 401k after 1 year, shift meals & beverages and employee discount
Prior specialty coffee experience is ideal, but we are willing to train candidates that exhibit qualities that meet the needs of our crew and workplace culture
Our coffee crew members work at both our cafe location (1 N Park St, Lebanon), as well as our drive-thru only location (277 Mechanic St, Lebanon)
Requirements:
demonstrated enthusiasm for customer service and coffee
consistent attendance and punctuality
ability to focus and stay calm in a busy service environment
excellent communication and listening skills with customers, coworkers, and managers
attention to detail, cleanliness and speed
ability to self direct during slow periods, and willingness to support other departments as necessary
physical requirements- ability to stand for long periods and demonstrate spacial awareness in fast paced and tight environment

We're looking add one full-time baker to our amazing, talented bakery crew. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about food, service, and the Upper Valley community!
Successful members of our crew do the following:
embody a team oriented work ethic with the ability to exhibit clear and open communication
respect and support co-workers
demonstrate familiarity with large scale kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, scales, knives, and other bakery equipment (training is available as safety is essential)
exhibit excellent time management skills, self-direct and receive direction to execute timely completion of necessary tasks
have creative energy pertaining to flavors and aesthetics of our baked goods
feel empowered to ask questions, and seek feedback as a means to improvement

Our bakers work at our drive-thru only location (277 Mechanic St, Lebanon) in our closed to the public bakery facility
Requirements:
demonstrated enthusiasm for delicious food, and meeting elevated standards of quality
consistent attendance and punctuality, with availability for early morning hours and weekends
ability to focus and stay calm in a kitchen environment, ask questions and receive feedback
ability to follow prep lists, written recipes, use scales, and receive verbal instruction
excellent communication and listening skills with customers, coworkers, and managers
attention to standards of excellence, detail, and cleanliness
physical requirements - ability to lift 50 lbs, as well as ability to stand for long periods
willingness to constantly be engaged in the taste and texture of products
for those with severe allergies, please note: our bakers use flour (gluten), dairy, eggs, and nuts along with many other food allergens in their workspace
